What areas do you service?

We currently serve Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas. Contact us to check availability in your specific location.

How long are the rental agreements?

The standard rental agreement is a 6 month term. After 6 months, your plan will convert to month-to-month with no penalty for returning the equipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments will automatically be processed on a monthly basis.

What is included in the maintenance Coverage?

Our maintenance coverage includes repairs for normal wear and tear, replacement of parts, and labor costs. If your appliance cannot be repaired, we'll replace it free of charge. We do not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.
